Will you need
- Mutton bones 1 kg
- Leek stem parts 100 g
- Carrot 50 g
- Slightly tempered onions with butter 50 g
- Water 1.5 l
- Pepper 1 tsp
- A few stalks of celery
- Salt to taste
Way of making
- Wash the mutton bones well, put them in a vessel, add the required amount of water, peppercorns and bring to a boil.
- When it boils, remove all the foam and add the rest of the vegetables and cook well.
- Filter this in a piece of clean cotton cloth, separate it to parts as needed and pack it separately and keep it in the freezer.
- Take out of the fridge when needed, tempered with a little butter with the desired vegetables, add this stock water and serve hot.
