How to make a High-Nutrition Soup Stock

 Let's see how to make high-nutrition soup stock 

Vish/Home Cooking

Will you need

  • Mutton bones                                                   1 kg
  • Leek stem parts                                              100 g 
  • Carrot                                                                  50 g
  • Slightly tempered onions with butter    50 g
  • Water                                                                  1.5 l
  • Pepper                                                                1 tsp
  • A few stalks of celery 
  • Salt to taste 

Way of making 

  • Wash the mutton bones well, put them in a vessel, add the required amount of water, peppercorns and bring to a boil.
  • When it boils, remove all the foam and add the rest of the vegetables and cook well.
  • Filter this in a piece of  clean cotton cloth, separate it to parts as needed and pack it separately and keep it in the freezer.
  • Take out of the fridge when needed, tempered with a little butter with the desired vegetables, add this stock water and serve hot.
