  Vish/Home Cooking Hoppers is a type of pancake made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk, popular in Sri Lanka. It is eaten most frequently for breakfast or dinner. Will you need   150 g of rice flour 5 tbsp of wheat flour a 1 tsp yeast  1 tsp sugar A little thick coconut milk little of salt  Way of making Put the rice flour in a bowl and add 5 tbsp of wheat flour (If you don't want to add wheat flour, add semolina) Vish/Home Cooking Add 1 tsp of yeast and 1 tsp of sugar to it and mix well.  Add a little thick coconut milk to it (If you don't have coconut milk, you can add a little water, but the best taste comes from coconut milk) You need a slightly liquid batter. Tea time recipe....  Vish/Home Cooking Semolina (Rulang) Toffee is a very yummy sweet that can be used for any occasion. Follow these simple steps to make a perfect Semolina (Rulang) Toffee.   Will you need 250 g of Semolina (Rulang) 300 g of sugar  500 ml of hot water  Salt (as your taste) 1 tsp of vanilla 1 tsp of butter Way of making  Vish/Home Cooking First, caramelize some sugar (you can also use jaggery instead of sugar) and after the sugar is well caramelized, add the rest of the sugar. After the sugar caramelizes and melts, add very hot water and mix well keeping the flame at a moderate level. After adding water, bubble it well and a little salt when it boils.
