This recipe is a delicious sweet that can be prepared in just 15 minutes.
Actually, this pani kaum (Oilcake) is a traditional sweetmeat in Sri Lanka, which is an energy-gaining food.
We serve homemade kavum, kiribath, (milk rice), and plantains when we have tea parties on different occasions. All these are made with naturally found ingredients and are much healthier.
Now let's make this sweetest oil cake. Actually, my recipe is easy to make and different from traditional recipe.
